Client Delivery & Implementation Lead (Higher Education SaaS)

AutoEnrol is a fast growing AI SaaS platform automating university admissions through intelligent rule processing, workflow automation, and integrations with systems such as StudyLink, DreamApply, Tribal, CRMs, and Student Management Systems.

We work with leading universities to streamline decision making, reduce staff workload, and improve applicant experience.

As we scale, we need a dedicated delivery leader to support complex enterprise implementation projects.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are hiring a Client Delivery and Implementation Lead to oversee the successful deployment of AutoEnrol for large universities.

This is a client facing, high ownership role requiring excellent stakeholder management, project coordination, and technical literacy.

You will coordinate multiple groups: university admissions, international recruitment, IT, Edified (our success partner), our CTO, and external systems such as StudyLink.

You will ensure the AutoEnrol solution is efficiently approved, implemented, tested, and deployed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage full onboarding and implementation cycles for university clients.
  • Act as primary day-to-day contact for clients during delivery.
  • Coordinate all stakeholders: university teams, partners (e.g., Edified), engineering, and third-party vendors.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, risks, and communication flows.
  • Ensure courses are onboarded, approved, and implemented correctly.
  • Support integrations between AutoEnrol, StudyLink, and CRMs or SIS systems.
  • Run weekly client stand‑ups, workshops, testing cycles, and go‑live support.
  • Provide clear documentation and structured requirements to the technical team in the UK.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing issues early and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Capture improvement opportunities and support scaling of implementation processes.
  • QA of new release versions and QA of new courses as they are onboarded into the AutoEnrol solution.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in university international admissions is essential.
  • Experience in SaaS implementations, higher education systems, EdTech enterprise onboarding, TPM, or similar.
  • Strong ability to manage complex, multi‑departmental stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and client‑facing presentation skills.
  • High technical literacy including knowledge of APIs, system workflows, integrations and systems of record (e.g., StudyLink).
  • Highly organised, structured, and confident navigating ambiguity.
  • Basic SQL ability advantageous, but not essential.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini).

COMPENSATION
  • Base Salary AUD $120,000 to $145,000 plus super.
