The Role We’re currently looking for a Kiosk Assistant to :

  • To prepare and serve meals & drinks to patients and staff in the Forensic Hospital.
  • Prepare functions catering
  • Maintain highest cleaning and hygiene standards, comply with food safety procedures, WHS and promote business in the cafeteria.
  • Manage stock and order goods on regular basis.
  • Comply with waste management strategies.
  • Preparation of food for sale in the hot and cold food bar
  • Preparation of coffee and other hot beverages.
  • Maintain dining area in a clean and tidy manner during service periods.
  • Customer Services.
  • Using cash register.
  • Compliance with Food Safety Standards.
  • Restock food items in the kiosk
