Job summary

Social Futures Ltd in Grafton is seeking a Program Worker for the Reconnect and Getting it Together team. This part-time role (3 days per week) is fixed-term until 30 June 2027, based in Grafton, helping young people build confidence, independence and community connections.

You will provide youth-centred interventions, information about services, and participate in supervision within an inclusive, supportive workplace.
