The Child, Families & Youth business unit plays an important role in supporting children, young people and families across the City of Melton. As our community continues to grow and evolve, this new role will support the unit to strengthen its strategic planning, governance, compliance and continuous improvement.
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Youth Strategy and Compliance Officer to join the team. Reporting to the Coordinator Young Communities, you will take a lead role in strategic planning, governance, compliance, risk management and service improvement. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure services are safe, evidence-informed, accountable and aligned with Council priorities and funding requirements.
