Job summary

Demo Account in Sydney, Australia is seeking a services manager to lead a 24/7 supported accommodation program for youth aged 16–25. You will oversee a team of youth workers delivering intake, assessment, brief intervention, and planned support to achieve housing and tenancy outcomes.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology or related fields (or substantial equivalent experience).

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Social Sciences or comparable qualification OR substantial demonstrated experience in similar service delivery.
• Leadership in community services delivering youth-focused support with accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Experience delivering youth programs, monitoring KPIs, managing operational risks, and achieving funding requirements.
• Strong networks with external providers, stakeholders and community organisations to enhance service access and outcomes for young people.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 24/7 supported accommodation service for 22 youth aged 16–25 and supervise a team of youth workers.
• Oversee intake, assessment, brief intervention, and planned support to meet housing and tenancy goals.
• Manage referrals, plans, risks, and program outcomes in line with service agreements.
