Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Sydney is seeking a Sales Development Manager for the Wound Closure team. You will drive growth by converting hospital accounts, building relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals, and delivering tailored solutions.

Based in NSW with frequent travel to hospitals, you will collaborate with Marketing and Education teams to deliver clinical programs and training, elevating customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital medical devices and driving product adoption.
• Ability to engage surgeons, nurses, procurement teams and other HCPs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical training.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate growth by driving adoption of the Wound Closure portfolio across key accounts.
• Cultivate partnerships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders for long-term loyalty.
• Identify new opportunities through strategic account planning and insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams on patient-focused programs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to strengthen product expertise and value.
