Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a seasoned Product Specialist to drive growth of the Wound Closure portfolio across Western Sydney and Nepean. You will partner with surgeons, clinical teams, procurement, and hospital leaders to deliver innovative solutions and support adoption of J&J products.

The role requires hospital sales and territory management experience in medical devices, strong communication and training skills, and the ability to work independently in field-based settings.

Qualifications

• Hospital sales experience with medical devices.
• Strong communication and clinical education skills.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships with clinicians and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of the Wound Closure portfolio by meeting sales targets and expanding market share.
• Build trusted partnerships with surgeons, nursing teams, procurement stakeholders, and hospital leaders.
• Deliver clinical education, training, and on-site support to improve outcomes and promote product use.
