Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Sydney seeks a Sales Development Manager for the Wound Closure unit. The role focuses on driving growth by expanding adoption with hospitals and surgeons across NSW, building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering tailored solutions to improve patient outcomes.

You will partner with Marketing, Education and Commercial teams to create programs that deliver meaningful clinical and business results.

Qualifications

• Proven hospital sales experience within medical devices.
• Experience working in operating theatre environments preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and clinical education skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Accelerating growth by driving adoption of the Wound Closure portfolio across key accounts.
• Cultivating partnerships with surgeons, clinicians and hospital stakeholders for loyalty.
• Identifying opportunities through strategic account planning, deep customer insights and tailored solutions.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Professional Education and Commercial teams on innovative customer programs.
• Championing a culture of innovation and excellence by leading cross-functional initiatives.
