Job summary

STH Group is seeking an Inventory & Ticketing Coordinator to support ticketing and inventory operations for the Men's Rugby World Cup 2027 Experiences programme in Australia. You'll collaborate with the Head of Ticketing & Inventory Management and partner with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate inventory and smooth event-day delivery.

Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy when managing data, inventory, ticketing processes and operational information.
• Systems & Technology: Comfortable working with systems and technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms.
• Operational Coordination: Able to coordinate tasks, timelines and information effectively in a fast-moving event environment.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders.
• Data & Reporting: Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manage, check and report operational information.
• Sports & Events: Some experience within sport, major events or event operations would be highly regarded, particularly exposure to event or match-day delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day ticketing operations, inventory coordination, ticket allocation, system administration, data management and reporting.
• Work across internal teams, external partners and key stakeholders to maintain accurate inventory.
• Support positive customer outcomes and contribute to seamless event-day delivery.
• As tournament approaches, gain hands-on experience across one of the world's largest sporting events, including supporting event delivery across multiple states in Australia.
