Job summary

STH Group seeks an Inventory & Ticketing Coordinator for the Men''s Rugby World Cup 2027 Experiences programme. Fixed-term to December 2027, you will support ticketing operations, inventory control, data management and reporting under the Head of Ticketing & Inventory Management.

You will work with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders to ensure accurate inventory and smooth event-day delivery across Australia.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organised and detail-focused with a can-do attitude.
• Comfortable handling multiple data streams, inventory, and ticketing processes.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Preferably exposure to sport events or major event operations.

ROLE SUMMARY:

Fixed Term to December 2027

We are seeking a highly organised Inventory & Ticketing Coordinator to support the delivery of ticketing and inventory operations across the Men's Rugby World Cup 2027 Experiences programme. Working closely with the Head of Ticketing & Inventory Management, you will support day-to-day ticketing operations, inventory coordination, ticket allocation, system administration, data management and reporting.

You will work across internal teams, external partners and key stakeholders to maintain accurate inventory, support positive customer outcomes and contribute to seamless event-day delivery. As the tournament approaches, the role will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across one of the world's largest sporting events, including supporting event delivery across multiple states in Australia.

Operational Coordination: Able to coordinate tasks, timelines and information effectively in a fast-moving event environment.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders.

Data & Reporting: Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manage, check and report operational information.

Sports & Events: Some experience within sport, major events or event operations would be highly regarded, particularly exposure to event or match-day delivery.
