Job summary

STH Group seeks an Inventory & Ticketing Coordinator for the Men''s Rugby World Cup 2027 Experiences programme. Fixed-term to December 2027, you will support ticketing operations, inventory control, data management and reporting under the Head of Ticketing & Inventory Management.

You will work with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders to ensure accurate inventory and smooth event-day delivery across Australia.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organised and detail-focused with a can-do attitude.
• Comfortable handling multiple data streams, inventory, and ticketing processes.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Preferably exposure to sport events or major event operations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day ticketing operations and inventory coordination.
• Assist with ticket allocation, system admin, data management and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders.
• Contribute to event-day delivery across Australia, particularly multi-state delivery.
