Rugby World Cup Australia is looking for an experienced Ticketing Operations Manager to join the team!Based in our Sydney office and reporting to the Head of Ticketing Systems, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end delivery of ticketing operations for Rugby World Cup 2027. You’ll help shape the experience for more than 2.5 million fans across multiple venues coordinating smooth, efficient ticketing while supporting the needs of internal stakeholders. Success in this role comes from strong planning, clear communication, and the ability to navigate a wide range of stakeholder priorities. With deep ticketing expertise, you’ll play a key role in supporting audience and revenue goals for World Rugby and Rugby World Cup Australia (RWCA). You’ll collaborate closely with teams across WREM and RWCA including Venues, Premium Experiences, Security, and Commercial Operations to deliver a seamless and memorable ticketing experience for every fan.
