AUS MAPS Motion Asia Pacific Services Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead a 15-person team in a Rutherford-based workshop, ensuring safe, efficient operations and adherence to budget and quality standards.

You will report to the Workshop Manager, coordinate workloads, and drive performance against KPIs while supporting scoping, estimating and documentation. A strong safety culture and hands-on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise a workshop team with a focus on safety and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, labour and materials.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a workshop team of 15 in their day-to-day operations.
• Lead and coordinate workshop staff, workloads, schedules and resources.
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Support job scoping, estimating, progress tracking and accurate documentation.
• Drive team performance against KPIs and goals.
• Promote compliance with quality, WHS&E and environmental requirements.
• Conduct safety and quality checks, manage hazards and incidents, and maintain workshop housekeeping.
