Job summary

Milwaukee Tools in Jandakot, WA is seeking a motivated Workshop Logistics Administrator to support our Service Centre operations, maximise workshop efficiency, and act as a key contact to ensure an exceptional service experience.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, with full training provided. Reporting to the Workshop Admin Team Leader, you will manage tool drop-offs and pickups, bookings, and warehouse duties while using CRM and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM (SalesForce or C4C) and ERP systems (SAP or similar) is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills with an enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to show initiative in a busy environment.
• Solid time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accept tools for drop-off via direct customers or freight (ingoing and outgoing).
• Provide customer service via phone and email.
• Book incoming tools into C4C warranty portal and complete required documentation.
• Allocate tools according to operational workflow.
• Allocate ordered spare parts with relevant service claims.
• Perform warehouse duties (unpack/pack, etc.).
• Communicate with After-Sales to obtain claim relevant information.
