Job summary

Pearl Recruitment Group is supporting a well-established Western Australian business in seeking a Workshop Service Coordinator. You will manage service jobs from quotation through to completion, coordinating workshop repairs, servicing and customer updates.

The role combines hands-on workshop coordination with administration, invoicing and vendor coordination. Ideal candidates have workshop or maintenance experience, strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate clearly with

Qualifications

• Experience in workshop/service coordination or maintenance administration.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with customers and tradespeople.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle changing priorities.
• Experience with quoting, invoicing or job costing is advantageous.
• Mechanical or heavy equipment exposure is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, job costings and invoices.
• Schedule workshop repairs, servicing and inspections.
• Liaise with customers regarding service updates.
• Assist with work orders, purchase orders and documentation.
• Coordinate suppliers and outsourced services.
• Maintain records in NetSuite and other systems.
• Support workshop operations and customer service outcomes.
