Powerhouse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to lead a high-volume dealership workshop in Ballarat. You will head a team of technicians, drive day-to-day operations, ensure top quality and productivity, and partner with service and other departments to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, process improvements and a results-driven approach, with a base salary of $70,000–$75,000 plus super and a car allowance, plus an uncapped
