• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Managing the daily workflow of 10 mechanics/technicians
• Allocating repair orders and monitoring productivity
• Ensuring workshop efficiency and high-quality workmanship
• Supporting technicians with technical guidance when required
• Liaising with service advisors and management
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and positive workshop environment
• Assisting with roadworthy inspections and compliance standards
