SACCA Heavy Repairs is seeking a highly motivated Workshop Administrator to join our Mackay team and help keep Workshop Operations on track. You will create, update and close workshop jobs, invoices and purchase orders, and maintain accurate data entry for job costing and labour hours.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday 08:00am–05:00pm with long-term growth opportunities and salary sacrifice options.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of administration experience, including exposure to accounting software.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and a sharp eye for detail are essential for success in this role.
• Current drivers licence is required.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
• Proactive and organized with strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Create, update and close workshop-related jobs, invoices and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate data entry for job costing and labour hours.
• Data entry, filing, and archiving tasks to uphold organised record-keeping systems.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Assistance to management and other staff as needed (e.g., scheduling meetings, preparing documents).
