• Coordinate Operations: Handle scheduling, invoicing, inventory, and daily workshop activities
• Monitor Performance: Track budgets, resources, and KPIs to keep the business on target
• Communication Hub: Ensure smooth information flow between workshop, operations, admin, and management
• Parts Management: Order, track, and monitor parts and stock levels
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records and workshop documentation
• Inventory Control: Support stock management and ensure availability of parts

Salary

$85,000 to $105,000 per year plus super. Min five years leadership experience within an automotive workshop environment to be eligible for the top salary range.
