Cleanaway in Brisbane Northgate is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our heavy vehicle workshop, optimise maintenance programs and drive safe, cost-efficient operations. You will manage daily workflows, coach technicians and align with suppliers to maximise fleet availability.
You will bring hands-on heavy vehicle expertise, strong leadership and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Workshop Supervisor to lead our workshop operations and ensure the safe, efficient and cost-effective maintenance of our heavy vehicle fleet.
Based in Northgate, QLD, you will play a key role in maximising fleet availability, maintaining regulatory compliance and driving workshop performance. Working closely with Leading Hands, technicians, operations teams, suppliers and service providers, you will ensure our fleet remains safe, reliable and ready to support our operations.
