Variety of Gear: From light vehicles and trucks to earthmoving gear and small plant, no two days are the same.
As Workshop Manager, you'll be hands-on servicing and repairing our fleet while taking on responsibility for its end-to-end health — liaising with project managers, coordinating external specialists and keeping things running smoothly.

The "Owner" Mindset: You take pride in the fleet as if it were your own and don't need hand-holding to get the job done.
Problem Solver: Ability to diagnose complex faults and decide whether to fix them in-house or outsource for efficiency.
Lead from the ground: A genuine willingness to be on the tools, not just directing others
Licensing: A heavy vehicle license (HR) is highly regarded.
