Cleanaway is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our Northgate, QLD workshop. You will oversee daily operations, allocate jobs through Leading Hands, and drive fleet availability while minimising downtime.
The role requires strong mechanical expertise, leadership and a commitment to safety and compliance. You will coach technicians, manage performance, oversee maintenance programs and budgets, and ensure repairs meet manufacturer specs and regulatory standards.
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Workshop Supervisor to lead our workshop operations and ensure the safe, efficient and cost-effective maintenance of our heavy vehicle fleet.
Based in Northgate, QLD, you will play a key role in maximising fleet availability, maintaining regulatory compliance and driving workshop performance. Working closely with Leading Hands, technicians, operations teams, suppliers and service providers, you will ensure our fleet remains safe, reliable and ready to support our operations.
