Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a capable professional to support the planning and delivery of maintenance and operational activities across the Vehicle Ferry Service network. Based in Mortlake, NSW, this in-person role requires strong organisation and proactive collaboration with contractors and internal teams.

You will manage records, coordinate procurement, and respond to customer inquiries while upholding safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative, operational or project support within a maintenance, asset management or infrastructure environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, priorities and stakeholders.
• Proactive and collaborative approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sound problem-solving abilities and attention to detail when managing records, systems and compliance.
