Job summary

Perth Airport seeks a Workplace Operations Manager to oversee planning, coordination and management of workplace environments across Western Australia. You will lead accommodation planning, space utilisation, office relocations and fit-outs while coordinating services, procurement and governance to support a growing workforce.

Reporting to senior leaders, you will manage contractors, budgets and safety/compliance programs, ensuring a positive employee experience and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Experience in workplace operations, facilities management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to plan space, occupancy and multi-site utilisation.
• Strong project coordination with planning, scheduling and budgets.
• Experience with procurement processes, contracts and PO management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace accommodation planning and space utilisation across sites.
• Coordinate office fit-outs, relocations and refurbishment projects.
• Manage workplace services: maintenance, facilities, furniture and spaces.
• Monitor occupancy, headcount and data to support planning.
• Support change initiatives and office relocations for leaders and employees.
• Oversee contractors, consultants and service providers.
• Coordinate procurement, budgets, reporting and governance.
• Ensure safety, accessibility, compliance and business continuity.
