Job summary

Perth Airport Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex capital works projects in Western Australia. You will manage planning through to completion, ensuring safety, schedule and budget alignment with business objectives.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement to deliver world-class outcomes for the airport precinct and related assets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Experience delivering complex capital projects ($5M–$100M).
• Experience in major infrastructure, aviation, health, defence, or similar facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of capital works projects within scope, budget and schedule.
• Define objectives and deliverables through stakeholder governance.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
• Develop schedules, resource plans and delivery programs.
• Build relationships with sponsors, contractors, regulators and stakeholders.
• Provide reporting, forecasting and decision-support.
• Lead meetings, governance reviews and stakeholder engagements.
• Mentor project teams and drive capability.
• Drive continuous improvement in governance and delivery.
• Oversee closeout and handover with lessons learned.
