ISS is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to join our Workplace & Facilities team in Sydney. This highly visible, front‑of‑house role is responsible for creating a warm, professional and seamless experience for employees, clients and visitors while supporting the day‑to‑day coordination of our newly refurbished workplace.
Based primarily at reception on the client floor, you will be the face of ISS—ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence, safety, and a positive workplace culture.
As the Workplace Coordinator, you will deliver a blend of reception, workplace coordination, event support, meeting room management and general facilities assistance. You will work closely with the Workplace/Facilities Coordinator, Key Account Manager and broader ISS team to ensure the Sydney office operates smoothly and presents at its best every day.
This role requires someone who is organised, proactive, tech‑savvy and confident managing multiple priorities at once—often across several floors.
