Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Workplace Experience & Systems Improvement Specialist to drive service improvements across workplace systems and processes. You will work with the Workplaces Branch, using feedback and data to identify opportunities and translate them into practical changes.

You’ll partner with teams and technologists to enhance desk booking, usage, and move management, while producing clear communications and guidance for employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications or customer/employee experience, service improvement, business improvement, workplace operations within a complex organisation.
• Ability to analyse processes, feedback and data to identify opportunities and translate into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Help shape how workplace services are experienced across Transport for NSW by turning insights into practical improvements.
• Partner with workplace teams, stakeholders and technology specialists to improve desk booking, usage and operational changes.
• Create clear communications, guidance materials and service content to explain changes to workplaces and processes.
• Support workplace moves and changes, reviewing processes to enhance efficiency and end-user experience.
