Job summary

NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Manager Workplace Services to lead delivery of workplace operations and facilities services across the central office portfolio. You will oversee facilities, providers and internal functions to ensure safe, efficient and high-performing workplaces that support business outcomes.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, landlords and government partners, providing expert advice on operations and service delivery while driving

Qualifications

• Experience in workplace operations, facilities management or property management.
• Experience managing workplace services within large, multi-site or corporate environments.
• Strong leadership of teams, service providers and stakeholders.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver concierge-style services.
• Experience overseeing contracts and service delivery against standards.
• Qualifications in property or facilities management or equivalent knowledge/experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace operations, concierge services and contracted service providers to deliver high-quality workplace and facilities management outcomes.
• Manage centrally managed workplace locations to ensure a professional, safe, customer-focused environment for staff, visitors and stakeholders.
• Develop, review and implement workplace policies, procedures and service standards that support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service provider performance and contractual obligations to ensure value for money and achievement of service levels.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and risks while maintaining business continuity.
• Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture.
