Job summary

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our Melbourne office, creating a welcoming and professional experience for employees, clients and visitors.
• Lead the day-to-day workplace experience, ensuring the office is operational, well-presented and running smoothly.
• Coordinate outsourced concierge and hospitality providers, maintaining high service and presentation standards.
• Oversee meeting rooms, office facilities, catering, events and shared spaces to ensure they're always presentation-ready.
• Manage facilities requests, maintenance issues and office operations, working closely with building management and suppliers.
• Support office events, client functions and employee initiatives from planning through to delivery.
• Build strong relationships across the business and provide practical, solutions-focused support to stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace services and help deliver a consistent, high-quality experience across the office.
