Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Workplace Experience Coordinator in Melbourne to deliver world-class service to employees and visitors across designated buildings.

You will manage facilities requests, coordinate events, and work closely with vendors to ensure seamless daily operations while upholding CBRE's values of respect, integrity, service and excellence.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; up to 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to follow work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills for exchanging information.
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Experience with client relationships and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors.
• Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders and day-to-day facilities needs.
• Coordinate workplace services including mail, office supply inventory, and onboarding support.
• Provide facilities coordination for Melbourne office, including work order tracking and vendor coordination.
• Acknowledge inquiries and provide solutions in a professional manner.
• Support on-site events in Melbourne, including room setup and logistics.
• Follow security and emergency procedures to ensure safety.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers across locations.
• Communicate complex information clearly within the team and with the Workplace Experience Manager.
• Resolve problems and support team objectives with defined workflows.
• Oversee office logistics to minimize business disruption.
• Monitor building operations, waste disposal, and janitorial services.
• Maintain asset data, schedule maintenance, and generate performance reports.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Work onsite in Melbourne 5 days to support events; regional travel may be required.
