Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in a Broker or leadership role within working capital, business lending or SME finance.
• Strong knowledge of working capital products such as unsecured and secured business loans, lines of credit, invoice finance and trade finance.
• An unwavering passion for developing and inspiring teams to achieve peak performance in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud SaaS, including CRMs, dialler systems and call recording platforms.
