We are growing our Working Capital team in Sydney and are seeking a Sales Manager to lead, coach and drive a high‑performing unit that delivers fast, compliant funding solutions for SME clients.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years' experience in a Broker or leadership role (TL, Assistant TL, or 2IC) within working capital, business lending or SME finance.

Aufgaben

• Lead from the front to build a high‑performance Working Capital sales team.
• Provide laser‑focused coaching and mentorship to deliver exceptional outcomes for business clients.
• Engage daily with a panel of 95+ lenders including banks, non‑bank and fintech lenders.
• Ensure compliance, responsible lending and call quality benchmarks are met.
• Develop workforce planning and learning & development initiatives for the team.
• Deliver daily insights and performance reports to Head of Sales and drive targets.
