Job summary

SARM FOODS PL in Warana is seeking a hands-on Working Café Manager to join our busy takeaway café on a casual or part-time basis, leading on the floor during breakfast and lunch rushes. You will coach and motivate the team, keep service fast and friendly, support coffee, food preparation and takeaway orders, and help monitor labour, costs and venue performance under the management team.

A Food Safety Supervisor certificate is preferred, with Australian working rights essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage floor operations and lead by example.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hands-on and calm under pressure.
• Solid rostering, stock control and basic financials knowledge.
• Willingness to obtain Food Safety Supervisor certificate if required.
• Available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.

About you

Available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 2:30 pm
