Purpose
The Workforce Support Officer (Rostering) is responsible for ensuring effective workforce coverage through the coordination of rosters, shift coverage, and workforce availability. The role ensures services are appropriately staffed to meet participant needs, supports daily rostering requirements, and maintains accurate reporting and tracking processes.
