Job summary

Carpentaria is a not-for-profit organisation delivering disability, therapy and community services across children, adolescents and adults. The Workforce Support Officer (Rostering) will coordinate rosters, shift coverage and workforce availability to ensure services are appropriately staffed and reporting is accurate.

The role requires rostering experience, strong organisational skills and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in rostering, workforce scheduling, or workforce administration.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rosters, shift coverage and workforce availability to ensure services are appropriately staffed.
• Support daily rostering requirements and maintain reporting and tracking processes.
• Ensure staffing aligns with participant needs and service delivery requirements.
