The role involves scheduling, attendance management, data integrity and collaboration with Payroll and Operations to optimise workforce utilisation.

• Experience in workforce management and scheduling.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to analyse data accurately.
• Experience with forecasting across multiple channels and stakeholder groups.

Aufgaben

• Perform end-to-end roster maintenance and ensure rosters comply with instruments.
• Build, publish, manage and audit rosters and baseline demand.
• Coordinate roster backfill and optimise shifts for service delivery.
• Maintain accurate employee attendance and profile data in the WFM system.
• Support WFM system upgrades, tests and audits.
• Provide stakeholders with data-driven insights to improve workforce planning.
