Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Workforce Coordinator in a hybrid, permanent full-time capacity to support workforce operations across the business in Australia. You will report to the Senior Workforce Planner and ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time, coordinating coverage, managing labour gaps, and liaising with internal and external labour providers.

• Experience coordinating people, labour resources, rosters or workforce requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with operational leaders and frontline employees.
• The ability to manage competing priorities, respond to urgent requests and adapt to changing business needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce coverage and labour support across operational teams, manage contingent labour compliance requirements, oversee internal relief pool utilisation, support mobilisations and contribute to initiatives that improve workforce efficiency while reducing agency reliance.
• Balance operational requirements, compliance obligations and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
