Job summary

Western Sydney University is seeking a Workforce Reporting Analyst at Hawkesbury campus. The role focuses on turning workforce data into trusted insights to support planning, decision-making and regulatory reporting.

You will manage dashboards and automated reporting using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Power Query and Power Automate, while ensuring data governance and clear documentation across HR stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills, Power Query and Power Automate experience.
• SQL against relational databases and developing Power BI dashboards.
• Experience with Oracle desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of workforce dashboards, reports and automated reporting cycles.
• Analyse data from multiple sources and ensure reliable reporting outputs.
• Support preparation and validation of regulatory workforce reporting (WGEA, TCSI).
• Maintain documentation of data definitions, business rules and reporting processes.
