Western Sydney University seeks an experienced leader to operate and continuously improve its HR information systems. You will oversee configuration, testing, integrations, upgrades, and new functionality, while ensuring reliable, secure and user-friendly platforms that support efficient HR processes.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors, provide governance and data-compliance advice, and drive enhancements that improve staff experiences across a large, complex organisation.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Business, HR, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience managing HR information systems in a large, complex organisation.
• Demonstrated capability in HRIS configuration, upgrades, testing and improvement projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading HR technology optimisation projects that deliver practical business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operation, configuration and optimisation of HR information systems.
• Ensure platforms remain reliable, secure and user-friendly.
• Manage configuration, testing, integrations, upgrades and new functionality.
• Provide specialist advice on system capabilities, governance and data compliance.
• Identify and deliver system enhancements responding to changing business needs.
• Coordinate with HR, IT and external vendors.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes and configurations.
