Job summary

Crown Melbourne is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst to drive smarter labour planning through data, forecasting and workforce insights. You will produce forecasts, analyse trends, and develop reporting for business leaders, partnering with stakeholders to improve productivity and efficiency.

The role offers exposure to workforce planning projects across multiple business areas and a collaborative, supportive work environment.

Qualifications

The Role

Join Crown Melbourne's Workforce Planning team and help drive smarter workforce decisions through data, forecasting and workforce insights.

As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you will support labour planning, workforce forecasting and reporting across the business, providing practical recommendations that improve operational performance and workforce efficiency.

In this role you will:

• Produce workforce forecasts and labour planning insights.
• Analyse workforce trends and performance metrics.
• Develop reporting and dashboards for business leaders.
• Support workforce modelling and planning initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to solve workforce challenges.

You are a curious and commercially minded analyst who enjoys working with data and delivering insights that influence decision-making.
