Crown Resorts in Melbourne, Australia, seeks a Senior Business Analyst – Workforce Planning to join its Centre of Excellence. You will shape future-state processes for workforce planning, scheduling, day-of-operations and payroll, and drive scalable, compliant improvements across Crown properties.

As a senior BA, you will lead end-to-end transformation efforts, partner with stakeholders, translate complex problems into actionable options, and ensure clear documentation and governance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in business analysis and process optimisation.
• Experience with workforce planning, scheduling, payroll, and time & attendance.
• Experience in regulated workforce environments and Enterprise Agreements.
• Qualifications in business, analytics or technology; Lean/Six Sigma certifications valued.
