Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking a Workplace Relations Business Analyst in Melbourne or Perth to translate industrial obligations into scalable payroll solutions for thousands of team members across multiple properties.

You will lead EA/award changes in workforce and payroll systems, collaborate with HR, Payroll, Technology and external vendors, and drive process maps, testing, and governance to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Workforce Planning or Systems, Payroll or a Business Analyst in a similar role.
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades or transformation projects.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong compliance focus.
• Experience collaborating with HR, Payroll, Technology, Workplace Relations or Workforce Planning functions.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation of Enterprise Agreement and Award changes across workforce and payroll systems.
• Translating workplace relations obligations into system-ready pay rules and business requirements.
• Partnering with Payroll, Technology, Workforce Planning and external vendors to deliver seamless solutions.
• Developing process maps, functional specifications and implementation documentation.
• Coordinating testing, validation and user acceptance activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identifying opportunities to automate, simplify and improve workforce processes.
• Supporting major system enhancements, upgrades and transformation initiatives.
• Maintaining governance, change controls and documentation to support compliance and audit readiness.
