Crown Resorts is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Workforce Planning to join its newly created Centre of Excellence in Melbourne. The role focuses on shaping future workforce planning, scheduling, and day-of-operations processes to be scalable, standardised, compliant and future-ready.

You will analyse current and future-state processes, document requirements, identify gaps, and drive end-to-end transformation across Crown properties with a strong emphasis on standardisation and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in business analysis, process mapping, process engineering or process optimisation within complex environments.
• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and insights, identify root causes and translate findings into practical business recommendations.
• Experience working within complex, highly regulated and/or unionised workforce environments, with a strong understanding of Enterprise Agreements and relevant employment legislation.
• Experience working with workforce planning, scheduling, payroll, time & attendance and/or enterprise systems.
• Experience delivering complex transformation and large-scale change initiatives.
• Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication across multiple business functions and levels of seniority.
• Qualifications in business, analytics or technology, or equivalent practical experience, with relevant Business Analysis or Lean/Six Sigma certifications highly regarded.

Aufgaben

• Leading business analysis activities across end-to-end transformation initiatives, including current state assessment and future state design.
• Driving process improvement and simplification across workforce planning, scheduling, day of operations and payroll/T&A processes.
• Translating complex business problems into clear options and recommendations, assessing impacts and risks.
• Partnering with stakeholders to balance operational requirements, employee experience, compliance and outcomes.
• Engaging stakeholders through structured workshops to validate assumptions and refine requirements.
• Collaborating with digital and delivery squads to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Producing and maintaining documentation, including maps, logs, Jira boards and Confluence artefacts.
