Job summary

Crown Melbourne’s Workforce Planning team is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst to drive smarter labour decisions through data, forecasting and workforce insights. You will support labour planning and reporting across the business, delivering practical recommendations to improve operational performance.

You will produce forecasts, analyse trends, develop dashboards for leaders, and assist with rosters using Virtual Roster.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, analytics or business analysis.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Experience with forecasting, workforce metrics or data modelling.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement.

The Role

Join Crown Melbourne's Workforce Planning team and help drive smarter workforce decisions through data, forecasting and workforce insights.
