Job summary

DXC Technology in Sydney seeks a Workers' Compensation Case Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims within a self-insured framework. You will coordinate medical care, support return-to-work programs and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in workers' compensation case management, strong knowledge of relevant laws, and excellent communication and organisation skills. In-person collaboration with flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Nursing or related field is desirable.
• Minimum 2 years in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment.
• Solid knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
