Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a dedicated Senior Workers’ Compensation Case Manager in Sydney to oversee and manage all aspects of workers’ compensation claims within a self-insured framework. You will coordinate medical care, facilitate return-to-work programs, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations while collaborating with medical providers, employees, and management.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in related field and at least 2 years of workers’ compensation case

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, nursing, or related field is desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of workers’ compensation case management experience, preferably in a self-insured environment.
• Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
