Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field is desirable.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment.
  • Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess complex information and make informed decisions. Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy. Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Empathy: Understanding the challenges injured workers face and providing compassionate support.

What will you be doing?

The Workers' Compensation Case Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework.
