DXC Technology is seeking a Workers' Compensation Case Manager to oversee all aspects of workers' compensation claims within a self-insured framework. You will coordinate medical care, facilitate return-to-work programs and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires collaboration with medical providers, employees and management to foster a safe, efficient work environment and to support injured workers throughout recovery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management.
• Experience in a self-insured environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims.
• Coordinate medical care and facilitate return-to-work programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
