Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Case Manager for Workers' Compensation to oversee all aspects of claims within a self-insured framework. You will coordinate medical care, drive return-to-work programs, and ensure regulatory compliance across policies and claims processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field is desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment.
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework.
• Coordinate medical care, facilitate return-to-work programs, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with medical providers, employees, and management to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
