Job summary

DXC Technology Australia seeks a Case Manager to deliver needs-based services to people with work-related injuries, coordinating medical management, entitlements, and return-to-work activities under relevant legislation.

You will liaise with injured workers, employers and practitioners to facilitate timely treatment and recovery, manage claims, and support structured return-to-work plans within an office-based team.

Responsibilities

• Active management of claims for compensation to deliver appropriate and timely treatment and promote return to work.
• Liaising with injured workers, their employers and treating practitioners to facilitate medical management and return to work activities.
• Assist and support injured workers return to work through person-centred case management.
